There was a surprise result when sixth rankedZlin (14-9) outleveled on the road much higher ranked Decin (15-8) 81-53 on Friday. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Zlin outrebounded Decin 48-30 including a 36-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for guard Tomas Jansa (188-2002) who led his team to a victory scoring 28 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Jonas Musil (196-2002) helped adding 15 points. At the losing side forward Oliver Zizka (200-2005) responded with 10 points and 8 rebounds and guard Josef Gabriel (194-2006) scored 9 points and 6 rebounds. Decin's coach Antonin Pistecky gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Zlin keeps a position of league leader, which they share with 3 other teams. Decin lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the third place with eight games lost. They share the position with Pardubice.
